No-Bake Chocolate Protein Bars
A ten-minute recipe perfect for fuel for the gym or on-the-go breakfast.

  1. Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips into a medium sized bowl
  2. If mixture is too dry, add additional milk 1 T at a time
  3. Fold chocolate chips into mixture
  4. Press mixture evenly into 8×8 pan lined with parchment paper
  5. Place into freezer for 10 minutes to allow mixture to become firm
  6. Cut mixture into 8 squares
  7. Store in refrigerator in air-tight containers for up to 1 week.
